By Ferry: If you arrive at the airport El.Venizelos in Athens you can take ferries to Poros from the port of Piraeus. To go to Piraeus you can take the E96 bus, which departs every 30min from the airport. Allow about 60 minutes for the trip to the port. You can also take a taxi to go to the Port of Piraeus, this should cost you about 15 euro. From Piraeus daily ferryboats sail to Poros. The trip last about 2 hours 15 minutes. During your voyage towards Poros you will relax and enjoy the beautiful scenery of the Saronic Golf. Passing through other traditional island like Aegina and Methena you arrive at Poros. By Car: If you wish to get close to nature we suggest you rent a car. Galatas is located in Argolida about 180km from Athens and it will be an unforgettable journey.
